Jamie Ciffolillo
Jamie Ciffolillo is responsible for investment sourcing and all acquisition and disposition activities at Shearwater. He is also actively involved in financing activities as well as asset and property management. Prior to Shearwater, he founded AXIS Group, a real-estate owner-operator that invested in over one-million square feet throughout New England. Jamie was also served as Vice President of Private Equity at New Boston Fund, Inc., a Boston based private placement real estate investment fund. Jamie received his Bachelor of Science from Plymouth State University and his Masters of Business Administration at Northeastern University.
Joe Ciffolillo
Joe Ciffolillo serves as Shearwater’s CFO. He is actively involved in property acquisitions and dispositions and manages financial performance of our portfolio. Prior to joining Shearwater, he founded and served as President and CEO of one of the largest Landscape contracting companies on the country. Joe received his BA from Bucknell University in Lewisburg PA.
Jon Ciffolillo
Prior to joining Shearwater Jon was a partner at one of the largest landscape contracting companies in the country. Jon has been able to leverage his long-standing relationships with owners, developers, construction managers and real estate management professionals to identify off market opportunities and navigate the challenges of development, repositioning and long-term management of the Shearwater portfolio. Together with brothers Joe and Jamie, Jon has active involvement in all property acquisitions and dispositions as well as all property and asset management activities at Shearwater. Jon received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
